Kit includes 2 cheese molds (4" and 6"), large and small wood followers, one mesophilic direct set culture (contains 5 packets that will set 2 gallons of milk each), 10 rennet tablets, and one package of butter muslin. Deluxe kit also has 1 thermophilic culture package, 1 calcium chloride, 1 pound of red wax and a wax brush.
