Our digital instant read thermometer is great for cheesemaking and pasteurizing milk. Stick the probe in hot milk, and you'll know the temperature immediately. Thermometer features quartz accuracy to 1/10 of a degree, has a memory button to record highest and lowest temperatures for instant recall, and will read Fahrenheit or Celsius. High quality plastic top with a heat resistant 4" stainless steel probe, plastic protective sleeve with pocket clip-on, and one LR-44 button cell battery included.
